3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For stock items: MOQ is usually 1,000-5,000 pieces depending on the product.
For custom designs: MOQ is typically 10,000-30,000 pieces. Please contact us for exact requirements.
4. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we offer free samples (1-5 pcs) for most of our stock products.
However, you need to cover the shipping cost. For custom samples, a mold/setup fee may apply.
5. How long is your lead time?
For stock products: 7-15 days.
For customized orders: 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit received.
The exact time depends on order quantity and customization.
6. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, ****** Trade Assurance, Western Union, and other secure payment methods.
Usually 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
