Dips to Miake Home-made Butter
Step 1
Ensuring the glass butter churning jar is clean by washing it with warm soapy water . Left to be used It is recommended that you use the cream containing at least 30% fat and take the cream out of the refrigerator about two hours prior to churning
Step 2
Make sure glass butter churning jar dry . Pour cream into the glass jar and secure the lid and handle ontoTurn the handle steadily to start to thicken cream . After turning the handle for a few minutes you will find the cream is developing foam . After 10 mintues or so , you will notice that it becomes more difficult to turn the handle as quickly and smoothly and you will find that the cream is getting thicker and it turns yellowish
Step 3
Stop turning the handle and unscrew the top . Pour out the solids and liquid into a drinking glass . You will find the butter milk is similar to skimmed milk actually .Then rinse the solid butter milk under cold water after removing the liquid Gently squeeze the solids to remove excess butter milk . Repeat doing this till all liquid is released.
Step 4
You can adjust the flavor according to your tastes like putting some salt or sugar into the butter . When the solids come together into a smooth and creamy butter ,you can shape them with a mould like suqare shape Last step , wrapping the shaped butter and storing in there frigerator for ready use
